VANCOCO Adjustable RV Water Pressure Regulator with Gauge, Lead-Free Brass

Two months in the gauge is showing 100 psi with no water applied. Cannot confirm if the regulator is working or not.

Works great, easy to clean the screen inside, easy installation.

Does the job and does it well. Easy to adjust. A world of difference versus the flat head screw adjustment.

The regulator is easy to set and lock. The sticker on the regulator knob has clear instructions that indicate which direction to turn knob to raise and lower pressure and which way to push or pull to lock in the position The regulator appears to be well-constructed; is pretty hefty, as it is made of brass. The regulator did not leak when hooked up to the water supply or outlet line. The gauge is easy to read; i am not sure why the gauge is only partially filled with liquid, but it did not seem to effect performance. I was able to lower and raise the pressure using the knob, but i did not have any other calibrated device to determine the accuracy of this regulator.

I have reclaimed water piped to my house. Unfortunately, it comes in at 80 psi - and blows hoses and sprinkler heads apart. This is a simple device that allows me to reduce pressure to a more normal level, 50 PSI in my case, and everything works properly. It was easy enough to put this inline and adjust the pressure. After a month and a half, it is still working flawlessly, and showing no signs of damage from the weather - the brass and stainless like this regulator is the way to go if left out in the elements.
