We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In the same condition that you received it (unused).
In its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Not installed or modified in any way.
Non-returnable items include:
Clearance or "Final Sale" items.
Customized or special-order products.
Items that have been installed or used (unless defective).
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will send out a replacement for free or issue a full refund.
Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered): If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., changed mind, style doesn't fit), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns in original condition.
Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Please do not send items back without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Contact Us Email us at support@vancocohome.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. If the item is damaged, please attach photos/videos of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility (usually within 1-3 business days of receipt), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution.
Before Shipment: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped (usually before 6:00 PM PST on the purchase day).
After Shipment: If the order has already left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then initiate a standard return process.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Fastest Method: The best way to exchange an item is to return the item you have for a refund, and make a separate purchase for the new item immediately. This ensures the new item is shipped to you without delay.
Direct Exchange: If you prefer a direct exchange, please contact us. Please note that we can only ship the replacement item after we have received and inspected your original item at our warehouse.
