Shipping Policy
1. Verification & Processing (Handling Time)
Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Mon-Fri).
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday will generally be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates (Transit Time) We currently ship to addresses within the Contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories). (Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to the size and weight of our products.)

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time (1-2 days) + Transit Time (2-5 days).
Delays: While we strive to deliver on time, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high order volume, or weather conditions.
3. Sales Tax Please note that sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and local tax laws.
4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package status via the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
5. Shipping Issues
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team immediately at support@vancocohome.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
Wrong Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
